Custom Made Parts
Beyond our standard flange program, we manufacture custom parts to your drawing — in carbon and stainless steel, aluminum and special alloys, from prototype to series production.
From your drawing to the finished part
Some connections simply don’t exist in any catalog. Perhaps the pump you are plumbing uses a bolt pattern nobody else does, the flange needs a longer neck to clear a housing, or a single machined block could replace three fittings and two potential leak paths. That is where our custom work starts: we take what you already have, whether a drawing, a rough sketch or the worn part itself, and turn it into a component that fits your machine rather than the other way around.
Once your drawing or sample is on our desk, our engineers review it the way we develop our own flanges. Dimensions, material and working pressure are checked against SAE J518, ISO 6162 and the other standards we work with every day, and you receive a clear quote with any suggestions we have. Every custom part is manufactured within the Havit group under an ISO 9001 certified quality system, so it carries the same quality as anything in our catalog, and it ships from our stock in Houston.

How it works
- Send your drawingPDF or STEP file, or a photo of a sample part, with material, quantity and working pressure. Use the form below or email us.
- Review and quoteWe check dimensions, material and pressure rating, suggest alternatives where a catalog part would do the job cheaper, and send you a quote.
- Production and deliveryAfter your release we manufacture, inspect and ship from Houston. Repeat orders are produced to the same drawing revision.
